Request diff between arbitrary revisions / Display revisions graphically

The first commit since two years! Changes are too numerous to describe them here, but:
Ported to OSXS and OSX (OPENSTEP version is probably seriously broken by now, not tested in a long time).

Remote communication is done in several ways now. Some code (and files) for a legacy Java <-> ObjC bridge dubbed 'Tango' (also done by Mulle) are left in the project but will not work. This is more for educational purposes than for anything of real life relevance.

There might also be references to some obscure I4B (FreeBSD ISDN daemon) dataSource -> this stuff will be removed later on.

Bugfixes, Erweiterungen (Protokolle enthalten jetzt weitestgehend bycopy),
Distribution von gelesenen messages jetzt via Notifications.
BBConnectionCenter fuer NeXTDO abgeschlossen.

BBSymbols enthalten jetzt alle NSString's, die in diversen Teilen des
Projektes referenziert werden. Ausserdem ist der AppController soweit erweitert
worden, das Filter als plugins auch nachtraeglich geladen werden koennen.

Neue Version.
Benoetigt das BigBrother.framework.
